K-9 Nannies of San Antonio provides pet care service that provides in-home care to dogs, cats and other family pets in Northwest San Antonio, Texas including Leon Valley and Helotes.

Primary service area covers zip codes 78023, 78229, 78240, 78249, 78250, 78251, 78255, and 78256.

NOTE:  Fees/rates (“travel time” or “mileage”) are negotiable for areas outside the primary service area.

SERVICE FEES

• For one 30-minute visit, up to 2 dogs and/or 2 cats, the fee is $25. Each additional daily visit is $20. Each visit is 30 minutes providing primary services. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional pet.
• $40 per hour to transport pets to vet appointments.
• In home overnight stays (arrive by 9 pm depart after 7 am…includes a mid day home visit) $75 per night.

Payments: Clients are required to pay for services in full BEFORE assignment begins. DAILY CLIENTS are invoiced every two weeks. Payment is with cash, check, or through our Time to Pet Client Portal.

Cancellation and Refunds: Because your visit is pre-arranged and reserved for your pet, cancellations will be charged a fee of $25. Generally no refunds will be given for unused assignment dates because they were previously blocked out times for that visit. However, days will be credited to use during a future assignment.

NSF & Late Accounts (Daily Accounts): A $30 charge will be added for all returned checks.   A 20% late fee will be charged for late payments after 7 days of last visit.
